Celebrating 2 super years

Two weeks ago, SuPerTandem celebrated 2 years at our M24 meeting, organized by INES (Institut National de l’Energie Solaire) in the beautiful city of Chambery, France 🍷.

All partners were excited to plan out activities of the last year and define a strategy on how to reach a successful end of SuPerTandem in 2025!

It was not only an important milestone for the project but for the whole perovskite research community too ☀️, as we reunited representatives from 8 EU-funded projects during the associated “Eco-Design Workshop” ♻️!

This public event featured lively discussions on the environmental impacts of emerging “green” technologies and comparisons of results and challenges across the projects.

A key takeaway of the event was that increased transparency and data-sharing are needed, to give more added value to environmental assessments of lower-TRL technologies! 💸
